How do I place an order?

Browse our catalogue, add items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You may create an account or check out as a guest. Trade account holders can access their negotiated pricing by signing in before ordering.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal and BACS bank transfer. Trade account customers with approved credit terms may pay by invoice.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK mainland delivery is 2–4 working days. Express delivery options are available at checkout for next-working-day dispatch on orders placed before 2:00 PM. Remote and offshore postcodes may require additional transit time.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery is free on all UK mainland orders over £75 ex. VAT. Orders under £75 are charged at a flat rate of £6.95 ex. VAT. International and offshore deliveries are quoted individually at checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. You may return most unused items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Goods must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
