2–4 working days to most UK mainland postcodes. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.
NI, Highlands & Offshore
3–5 working days via specialist carriers to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and offshore islands.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with your courier tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
Delivery Instructions
Add delivery instructions at checkout, such as a safe place preference or alternative delivery address. Once a parcel has been left in a specified safe place, liability for the goods passes to you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a returns authorisation number. Returns are at your own cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
